AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
After the untimely death of Toba Falode, it became obvious to the family that young talented artists do not have enough means to be able to explore and develop their talents.
Given Toba’s love for creativity, the Foundation aims to carry on his legacy by:

- The mentorship and encouragement of the youths to develop their talents and acquire relevant skills needed to build successful careers around their talents and passion.
- The encouragement and promotion of strong parent-child relationships.
- The provision of a sanctuary of sound and production for young and talented artists.
- Giving a voice to the youth of the nation that feel forgotten.
- The provision of an avenue through which their talents can be nurtured, expressed and developed into their own individual and unique connections to music.
- The encouragement, guidance and mentorship of the youths/students on imbibing the best values for success in life.
- The provision of support for families and loved ones of the deceased in the form of shelter for those in need, therapy and financial support.
- The mentorship of young children/adults who are leaving their family environment for the first time on safety awareness, how to conduct themselves, types of friends to keep, pit falls to avoid, what to watch out for etc, to avoid danger.
- The provision of support for parents dealing with the loss of children.
- Helping parents and guardians navigate prospective countries their children intend to apply to for education or work to enable them identify hostile territories.
- Providing guidance in a case like that of Tyler where justice is denied on what steps should to be taken, how grief should be managed, finding closure from pain and guidance on legal routes to pursue should they decide to press for justice.
