The Tyler Fray foundation is a not-for-profit, family and youth based organization with a primary focus on helping musically talented youths with opportunities to develop their talent, as well as provide supporting to families grieving the loss of a child.
The Foundation was inspired by the life story of Oloruntoba Oluwadamilola Falode, a talented and aspiring music artiste and producer who died tragically and suddenly from a 17th floor of a high rise building on the 15 of February, 2014 in Dubai where he was studying to be a musical professional. He was aged 19 years when the tragic event occurred.
Toba, (popularly called TYLER by his friends and family and known on stage as TYLER FRAY) lived his life dedicated to music and ultimately following his passion for beats and sound.
The foundation aims amongst other things, to give young people the same opportunities to be able to express themselves musically and showcase their talents without any hindrance and lack of opportunities.

Oloruntoba Oluwadamilola Falode (Toba Falode) is Tyler Fray. This was his stage name chosen to represent his young and vibrant approach to music and more specifically sound. He was fondly called Tyler by his friends and loved ones.
He identified with this name to allow him room to experiment and explore his passion and interest in growing his musical talent as a young and passionate music artiste and producer. This name, Tyler Fray represents the movement Toba Falode stood for.

QUICK INFO ABOUT THE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
After the untimely death of Toba Falode, it became obvious to the family that young talented artists do not have enough means to be able to explore and develop their talents.
Given Toba’s love for creativity, the Foundation aims to carry on his legacy by:
- The use of music and the creative arts for the promotion of the concept, values and institution of music.
- The mentorship and encouragement of the youths to develop their talents and acquire relevant skills needed to build successful careers around their talents and passion...
THE GAP
Nigeria with her youth population and her rate of education immigration has a lot of Toba Falodes’ (young and talented youths) both at home in Nigeria and in several countries today who could be a victim like he was.
And for every one of them, there are also family members who will definitely have to deal with the aftermath of a tragic event like this and would definitely need help, succor and counsel. Nobody knows exactly how to deal with such grief, or how to move on with life after that.
And in a case like that of Tyler (Toba) where justice is denied, what is to be done? What can be done to also encourage and help young and budding music talents like Tyler along their career path?
